Annoying Neighbors

Story #1028
Stamping Ground, Kentucky, United States
Last Updated: 11/15/2006 7:26:49 PM
I moved to the country 4 years ago to get away from all the drug freaks and nosy neighbors. My house sits 4 acres back from the road. Someone finally bought the abandoned house at the end of my drive. When the new neighbors moved in they started mowing on my property. When I asked them nicely to stop they continued. So I put up a cheap ugly garden fence to give them the message to stop. They got their family member surveyor out to do a survey on the ownership of the drive. Theirs merge into mine.....I own the drive to the road including the land along a creek to the road. It says it in my deed and on my platt. As shown by the surveyor who did the original survey of the land. Their surveyor says they own the end of the drive to the road and the property along the creek line. Now we are at total war. They keep throwing my trash can across the road into the feild. My farm truck got sugared and my lawn mower destroyed. I am scared they will hurt my horses...What do I do? I cannot afford to move.

Have you called the police yet??? They set up camras all over your property...I live in the city and we had to do that to stop damage happening to our cars.

That would be a great idea since I cannot catch them in the act. And I have not called the police becuase I had no proof who did it. I know it was them because I lived here 4 years and have never had trouble til they moved in. According to a freind I found out they smoke alot of pot. It would be fun to see them get busted for that too.
