Annoying Neighbors

My next door neighbors have 3 kids (preteens). Every evening from about 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm they set-up skateboarding ramps right in front of my house and these kids along with their friends (about 10-12 kids total) jump off the ramps and loudly land on pavement. Imagine the sound of skateboard after skateboard landing noisily on the pavement for about 6 hours every evening. They also like skating up and down my driveway and bumping into my garage as they skate up the driveway. Besides that, there is an unbelievable amount of screeming and yelling. I called the neighborhood ***ociation which told me that there's nothing they can do if the noise occurs before 10:00 pm and if it happens after 10:00 pm to go ahead and call the cops. The problem is that my husband works nights and usually sleeps during the time that this is happening. Also, my 9 month old son goes to bed at 7:00 pm and wakes up screaming because of all the noise. Talking to the parents of these brats didn't help. In fact, it seemed to make things worse. It's like they incourage their kids to make as much noise as possible. I don't know what to do. I am a home owner and bought this place 1 year ago. I got a first time home buyer's loan and if I sell this place before 6 years expire, I will lose 6% of the sale price to the lender. Also, if I decide to buy somewhere else, again, I'll lose on all the closing costs and I won't qualify for 1st time homebuyer low APR anymore. Does anyone have any advice? Please help. I've never been so unhappy, this is very negatively affecting the quality of my life.

If they are in your private drive...then get some 5 gallon buckets...fill them with cement (or sand) and use them to block off your drive ???? might work???

You could also buy some gravel and spread it where you don't want them to skate. It's pretty hard to skate on Gravel. Good Luck
